The truth comes out and validates the claims I've been making all along about January 6th being a staged event
Last night, Just the News released a stunning after-action report that had been hidden from the public for more than four years. It reveals that the FBI secretly deployed 274 plainclothes agents with weapons to the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 — without proper safety gear, coordination, or disclosure to Congress, the courts, or the public.
The report shows internal outrage from rank-and-file agents who felt they were being used as “pawns in a political war.” Many openly admitted the FBI had grown biased, “woke,” and politically weaponized — investigating conservatives harshly while downplaying left-wing riots in 2020.
For those of us who lived through the January 6 prosecutions, this is not just another headline. It is direct evidence of systemic political bias, hidden witnesses, and prosecutorial concealment. And it directly bolsters my three active cases.
1. Ryan v. PayPal
In my lawsuit against PayPal, I allege that my financial “deplatforming” was coordinated with federal agencies, particularly FinCEN and the DOJ.
This report shows how deeply entangled federal agencies were in politicized enforcement around January 6.
If the FBI was willing to embed nearly 300 agents secretly into the crowd and conceal that fact for years, it is entirely plausible they also pressured or coordinated with financial institutions like PayPal to enforce political punishments outside the courtroom.
The revelations strengthen my argument that PayPal acted as a state actor under color of law — not as an independent private company.
2. Ryan v. USA, DOJ, Rochlin & 10 Unknown FBI Agents
This civil rights lawsuit alleges malicious prosecution, Brady violations, and conspiracy between DOJ officials, FBI agents, and private actors.
The FBI’s own agents now admit in writing that they were deployed under political bias and without transparency.
This goes straight to my § 1983 and § 1985 conspiracy claims, proving viewpoint-based retaliation and selective prosecution.
The concealment of 274 agents is a textbook Brady violation — if those agents were present as witnesses, defendants were entitled to that knowledge. Instead, it was hidden.
The fact that DOJ prosecutors like AUSA Rochlin built cases without disclosing this information further demonstrates malicious prosecution and due process violations.
3. USA v. Ryan – Writ of Error Coram Nobis
I am currently seeking to vacate my misdemeanor conviction through a writ of error coram nobis, arguing that my plea was coerced, based on fabricated narratives, and sustained by suppressed evidence.
The FBI’s concealment of these agents is newly discovered evidence directly supporting my petition.
If dozens or even hundreds of agents were embedded in the crowd, the government’s narrative about January 6 being a purely “organic insurrection” is false.
Courts and defendants were deprived of material facts. The FBI’s silence ensured that defendants like me could not mount a full defense, and that false narratives went unchallenged.
This revelation validates my claim that my conviction was built on incomplete and manipulated information.
The Bigger Picture
For years, we were told to trust the DOJ and FBI narratives about January 6. Now we learn that nearly 300 undercover FBI agents were present — and the bureau hid that fact until 2025.
This changes everything.
It exposes political bias at the highest levels.
It reveals systemic concealment of exculpatory evidence.
It confirms what many defendants and attorneys have long argued: the government engineered a narrative while hiding the full truth.
My three cases — against PayPal, the DOJ, and the original criminal conviction — are all strengthened by this disclosure. And the American people are beginning to see the scale of what really happened.
